Step 1 : Log in
Open the Instagram app on your phone or go to Instagram’s website on your computer. Enter your username and password to log in.
Step 2: Find Settings

Step 3: Go to the Accounts Center
Scroll down until you find Accounts Center. It might be at the bottom of the settings menu.
